day 5

Went a long 5 mile walk along the railway line with a friend and her kids this morning like we did last Saturday. Had a picnic. I didn't picture it. Just had a cheese salad sandwich strawberry and a nectarine. Kids had bikes.
When we got home we git the paddling pools out and spent the rest of the afternoon in the garden. 
Had an easy dinner of chicken burger with chips. Really wanting to lose weight in this hot weather.

Friday 13th (80 - 22) 58sp

I went to meet a couple of old friends at acorn today and had a pancake. No picture. Also I ate a whole pizza but just photographed half. At 9 pm tonight we got an email to say that nursery is closing for 2 weeks as there has been a case of covid there. So that stopped my night time snacking for sure.

(13 8) 6 weeks until Christmas (66 -6) 60sp

So I have blown it again. Was doing so well. I really do not want to go I to 2021 in the 13 stone bracket. I have 6 weeks to fix this. Last night I ate a whole tub of ben and Jerry's and I had also had had a whole bag of milky stars and marshmallows before dinner. Time to stop being a binge eater. 

Eased myself back into it today. We went to Costco while A was at nursery to pick up some Xmas presents and got a chicken and chorizo bake for dinner from there. I had a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch. Dusted , hoovered and mopped downstairs this afternoon. We walked to nursery to get A in the dark. To get some steps.

day 33 Tuesday (74-12) 62sp

Went a walk into town with bambino s to meet my parents. Had a bacon roll at garden centre. Had a cheeky greggs yum yum while I was there. Sneaked it in. Dinner was a sausage supper but coukdnt take a picture as my phone was in conservatory plating pink noise for R who was sleeping. Had 3 glasses of wine

I was actually up at 13 8 this morning . Not good. I ate loads of treats last night. Beimg Halloween and all.Crisps, chocolate , marshmallows. Back to taking pictures today. If I can just get into the 12s for December.  


So I managed to.stay on track despite a high point dinner and some prosecco. My parents arrived today. I had a 2 hour zoom call for a first-aid course in the morning. We went out a wee walk in the afternoon. They are staying at a little flat. Felt a bit deflated being 13 8 yesterday morning.  Felt like my whole month was a right off . I guess it would have been a right off of onhad not have reigned ot in today.

Halloween 13 5

So we are at the end of October.  I have lost 5lbs this month. I have been pretty bad today though so I will no doubt be about 13 7 tomorrow. Here is to a good November where I hopefully get under 13 stone.
