Halloween 13 5
So we are at the end of October. I have lost 5lbs this month. I have been pretty bad today though so I will no doubt be about 13 7 tomorrow. Here is to a good November where I hopefully get under 13 stone.

Had a bit of a binge yesterday it has affected my weigh day today. Going to have a mini 3 day fresh start to get my weight down to what it should be then start again in November with a new weigh day.

Feel like I have fallen off the wagon a bit. I haven't lost that much weight so if I let it continue the 5 or 6lbs will just humo back on in a few days. If I am good for the rest if November I may drop down nearer the 12s.

I am doing it all a bit loosely now. Going to start taking fit points from daily total. Also the ww app has stopped taking active minutes from my fit bit so less for points being earned. I ate about 6 dates that arent counted. Ate them between eau g the two apples tonight.

So I am on my way to making a whole week and I am feeling motivated.
We went into Aberdeen for the first time since lockdown. My phone was out of charge so didnt take a picture of my lunch which was a mixed sandwich from m and s cafe. Was nice to go into town again. I bought some things for R. A picked his own Lego and books.
Had homemade chicken soup for dinner. I had 1 bake at home roll.

Even counted the dip with my pizza which was 6sp! Had loads of snacks today. Was hungry this afternoon after walking to nursery. Did a freshen up Friday which always makes me feel great. Didnt have a great sleep last night as I was dubious about letting R come I to our bed as it is a new mattress and thought it may not be safe in regards to fumes.

Was 13 10 this morning. Took A to nursery then had to get organised for a new bed being delivered this afternoon.
Had aate breakfast of nature valley bar. Twelve Quorn nuggets for lunch. I went to Tesco with bambina. Picked up Muller desserts only 3sp each. Made minestrone soup for dinner after bed was delivered. Bed is lovely but I am concerned it is too soft a mattress despite being a firm. Had a double options white hit chocolate with marshmallows while watching a drama called Life.
